Once booking is closed, we route all the calls then contact both
collection and delivery points to book in the date and rough time. We contact
both parties to save you the worry and as it is easier to work out any issues
directly with the person involved rather than via messages passed through
others. Please note that these times may be made up to 14 days in advance and as
such are always subject to change, and do not form a material part of any
contract entered into.
When we leave, we start a GPS tracking service available via our
website at http://animalcourier.co.uk/ then selecting
GPS Tracking from the menu.
